Ione was great throughout the entire process. From listing to closing she took care of all aspects of the sale. She was professional and knowledgeable. She always kept us well informed and offered assistance during every step of the process. We would recommend Ione to anyone interested in buying or selling property.

~ Jamie and Sara Shaw

Mr. Anthony Burton was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job showing us properties that had exactly what we were looking for. We have already referred people to his office.

~ Lisa Weddle

Working with Anthony was a pleasant experience. We viewed the property and we were able to close a creative financing deal within days. I will give Anthony all the credit for knowing how to put together the best deal for both parties. Additionally, many months later, I called Anthony with property description questions and he responded immediately. I've place him in my permanent Contact database.

~ Craid Zweiner

Jen has sold 2 houses for my family in Richland. She is very knowledgeable about the process and made it so easy for us. She was always available if we had questions, and she kept us updated on showings, etc. We would definitely recommend her as a top realtor in the Fort Leonard Wood area!

~ Lisa Mueller

Jenny does a great job! She has been my agent for multiple deals. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the real estate buying and selling process. Jen is very honest and trustworthy, looking out for her client's best interest!

~ Burgandy Nelson

Bev was a tremendous help when it came to relocating here from Germany. We opted to have a home built which most would think crazy because we were thousands of miles away. Bev kept us up to date on everything going on including pictures of the progress. She has been wonderful at making us feel welcome to the new area and is readily available to help us in any way possible.Thank you so much, Bev

~ Joe and Theresa Webb

Jenny was fantastic! Helpful, kind, passionate, responsive, and patient. I was moving from one state to another, following the death of my husband. There were so many things going on at one time, but she led me through each process, calmly responded to my needs (even when I wasn't as calm), and never stopped searching for the home to fit mine and my children's needs. She showed us many houses (I am a bit particular) before we decided on our new forever home. She showed the same enthusiasm every new home we looked at. The process of home buying is stressful, but home buying from a state away, with minor children, while grieving our loss, was on a different level of stress; Jenny was amazing through it all. Her passion for people and aiding them during the home buying process is apparent in every step along the way. I HIGHLY recommend Jenny to every one in buying/selling process, she is a one of a kind human being and an excellent Realtor

Thanks to Beverly Post we were able to purchase our first house, that fulfills all of our expectations! With her excellent knowledge, professionalism and her continuous diligence and care Beverly guided and assisted us every step of the way. We were highly impressed how well Beverly kept us informed and followed up with us during the whole process and the construction of the house while we were still living overseas. She has a great understanding of Military Live and the needs and challenges that come with it. Beverly goes above and beyond and will go the extra mile to ensure you feel secure throughout the stressful transaction process and that you are completely satisfied with your home.We are very grateful for the outstanding service we received! We will highly recommend Post Realty & Associates to all of our friends and to all Military Families.

MS Jenny Post put up with my search for almost 2 years until I found the "one" that worked and felt right. I'm very appreciative of her continued patience, diligence, and personal "touch" which helped me through a process in which I felt very uncomfortable. I highly recommend her to assist you in any real estate action.Very Satisfied Customer, KG

Jenny Post Burton Overall Rating = 5/5 Very approachable and down to earth.

~ David Dougan

Thank you Post Realty, for helping us with our second buy! Mrs. Bev is way over this rating scale! Our family absolutely loved our experience with her. Being a Military Family we were faced with the near impossible task of house hunting (with our 4 children alongside) in TWO days. Mrs. Bev went over and beyond & used her years of experience to find us the perfect home. Mrs. Bev will make you feel at home, and still maintain a professional relationship. We've met with several other Realtors, and Mrs. Bev is by far The Best!! Once we picked out the home we wanted, Mrs. Bev was adamant in making the paperwork side a breeze, ensuring everything from our negotiations, home inspections, bank dealings and everything in between was squared away, all the while staying in contact daily with us keeping us up to date with its progress. We found a perfect home for our family, closed on our home, and were able to move in, all within 3 weeks!

~ Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Borge

Jennifer helped me sell our first home. This was a new experience for me and she explained everything clearly. I received prompt notice when she was going to bring in prospective buyers. She sold our house quickly. My husband was in Korea and I had to take care of this stressful event without him, but Jennifer's professionalism greatly reduced my stress. She is very knowledgeable about this area(Waynesville and surrounding communities). I highly recommend her and Post Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell property!!

~ Elizabeth Crozier

5 Stars. Overall it was a very good experience, very knowledgeable, the help was appreciated.

~ Mr. Smith

Purchasing a house through Jenny was a pleasure! We were first time buyers and she was a huge help walking us through the process. She was responsive to our needs and showed us many houses before we found the one that we wanted.

~ D Durant

I would recommend Jennifer for any families looking to buy our sell their homes. She has up to date knowledge and very helpful with providing that information as needed. Jenifer made the process worry free for us and we just love her.

~ Donna and Robert Skaggs

How can I say enough to complement how great Jenny was in finding us our forever home. We were moving from CA to MO and had no experience with real estate in MO. Jenny helped us get a rental location to live in while she spent many, many hours searching for our new home. We also had some issues with the financing and she was able to point us in the right direction to get that done to. I will never be able to say enough as to what a great realtor Jenny is and how great she is a finding just what you need and want.

~ B Graviss

MS Jenny worked with me for several years as I slowly made up my mind about what area and type of property I needed. She accompanied me to properties in many areas as I tried to get a feel for certain areas. Then when I found an area no longer even listed she advised me on the proper method to make contact and helped me finalize the purchase.

Anthony sold our house quickly. He was very involved throughout the process, insuring that each step was completed as required. I was very appreciative of his knowledge of the different organizations and companies required to handle the sale of our house.

~ jsprague52

Switched to Anthony after less than expected results with then current realtor. Anthony was recommended through a friend. I was immediately impressed by the number of showings . . . . weekends, nights, anytime. When the first offer feel through due to financing, he offered a new strategy. This was applied to the second offer and I made an extra $2,000 on the transaction. Communication was always very good and I felt he was working very hard for us and had our best interests at heart. If the opportunity ever comes up again, I will call Anthony. Good job!

~ Jim Scott

Anthony was prompt and professional as he helped me list and sell my home. Anthony is patient with the details that can snag during the process of buying and/or selling a home; he manages them as needed and keeps you informed during each step of the way. He returns calls and text messages in a timely manner and strives to keep communication open between his clients and himself. I would recommend Anthony to anyone looking to sell (or buy) a home in the Laclede, Camden, or Pulaski county areas.

~ zc1977g

Anthony is very up front with you about what services he can and will provide and is excellent at providing insight in the process of purchasing a home for first time home buyers. And when things start going south and communication is lacking between lenders and appraisers etc. he will go the extra mile and jump into things to ensure all parties involved maintain open lines of communication and facilitate the continuation of the process. I would highly recommend him and his agency to anyone looking to purchase a home or property in the Ft. Leonard Wood area.
